He plays a pivotal role in defining the company’s vision, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. His expertise spans software development, system architecture, and team leadership, enabling him to bridge the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions.

Naresh Kuchi

Founder / Director

Naresh Kuchi brings over 15+ years of experience in business support services, IT recruitment, and corporate as well as social event execution.

He has been actively associated with the TiE Hyderabad chapter and has worked as a Consultant with Spark10 and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has also contributed as an Ex-Consultant with RacingAhead, gaining valuable exposure across diverse business environments.

With strong management capabilities and a solution-oriented approach, Naresh is known for building and maintaining a reliable professional network.

Bharathi Gunti

Director – Operations

Bharathi Gunti is a key member of the leadership team at Megha Consultancy, bringing over 12 years of professional experience across operations, client management, and business development. She plays an instrumental role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.

She actively oversees day-to-day operations, strengthens client relationships, and drives initiatives focused on business growth and customer satisfaction. Director – Finance

N Sai Leela has over 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting. She manages the financial operations of Megha Consultancy, including accounts, reporting, and compliance.

With strong expertise in financial planning and budgeting, she ensures accuracy, transparency, and financial discipline across all processes.

Her structured approach and commitment to efficiency play a key role in supporting the organisation’s stability and growth.
